Personal Vision Glasses
When there are multiple TV viewers in the same room that all want to watch something different, the TV screen can transmit several channels at the same time. Each viewer then wears a pair of glasses that filters out all of the channels that they don't want, leaving them with the channel that they do want. The glasses also contain headphones for the audio.
